Concept and Development of psychometric tests as add-on modules for AON's online assessment suite

In my role at AON Assessment Solutions, I designed and developed online assessment tests for clients such as Vodafone, Rolls Royce, Siemens, and Daimler, which were used as a basis for hiring decisions.

It was crucial to collect psychometrically valid and comparable data to provide HR departments with a solid foundation for decision-making. I designed the tests in Axure RP, collaborated closely with the clients, and implemented the solutions using Angular. I placed particular emphasis on the responsiveness of the tests, ensuring they were fully functional across various devices and screen sizes. Additionally, I ensured compatibility with older browsers and compliance with WCAG accessibility standards.

The goal was to create a user-friendly and accessible solution that met both the high data quality requirements and the need for a positive user experience and inclusivity. The tests I developed are still in use today and represent a significant part of AON's portfolio.
