As Head of UI/UX and Frontend, I was responsible for the comprehensive development in both areas. This included building a scalable design system with Tailwind, incorporating static components and flexible, self-explanatory CMS modules for the client, enabling rapid adjustments to changing requirements without compromising user experience. I was actively involved in both UI/UX design and frontend development and provided guidance to the teams both disciplinarily and technically.

The client is highly satisfied with the development, and the product plays a key role in continuously increasing sales through our SSR solution and improved SEO. During the concept and development phases, I placed particular emphasis on performance, scalability, and SEO. I built the system as a Vue/Nuxt project. The Statamic CMS-based webshop is designed as a comprehensive white-label solution, allowing the entire shop to be embedded via iFrame or in self-service terminals.
