On behalf of Eckelmann AG, I was part of the team as a frontend developer, working on a software solution to control and monitor refrigeration systems in supermarkets, based on Angular.

To optimize the product for scalability, I conducted discussions with maintenance staff and other software users to better understand their needs and workflows. These conversations formed the basis for creating personas and detailed user guides. The insights gained were directly incorporated into the UX design, laying the foundation for a data-driven approach that significantly improved the application's efficiency and usability. This comprehensive methodology allowed us to develop a user-centered solution that greatly simplified users' daily tasks.
