For Kindeskinder, I independently managed the entire project as a consultant, designer, and developer. The webshop was originally based on the Supr platform, which was abruptly discontinued after Wirecard's acquisition and the company's subsequent dissolution.

My task was to ensure a seamless transition to a new shop system to avoid interruptions in the ordering process. I also made UI/UX adjustments, focusing on responsiveness, performance, and accessibility to improve the conversion rate. The project was executed under significant time pressure.

The client is highly satisfied with the project and collaboration, and the site remains active to this day. I placed particular emphasis on maintaining good cost-efficiency: instead of relying on paid plugins, I implemented custom solutions and workarounds where applicable—an approach the client especially appreciated.
