Concept and Development of Gamified Psychometric Tests for Procter & Gamble

As part of my role as a Web Application Developer at AON Assessment Solutions, I conceptualized and developed gamified online assessment tests for candidates on behalf of Procter & Gamble. The aim was to make the tests feel less stressful and more like an interactive experience, rather than a traditional test.

Despite the playful approach, it was essential to gather psychometrically valid and comparable data. I designed the tests in Axure RP, worked closely with the client, and then implemented the solution using Angular and Three.js. Special emphasis was placed on the responsiveness of the application, ensuring it was seamlessly usable across different devices and screen sizes. I also ensured that the solution was compatible with older browsers and met accessibility standards according to WCAG. The goal was to create a user-friendly, engaging, and accessible interface that fulfilled both the data quality requirements and the expectations for user experience and accessibility. The online assessment tests are still in use at Procter & Gamble today.
