On behalf of PYUR, as Head of UX, I led the further development and conception of new features for the PYUR website within the design and development team at Acolad Digital. I initiated and drove the modernization of the design process by proposing and overseeing the migration from Adobe XD to Figma. I coordinated the entire process, transferred all existing design elements, set up a new design system, and trained the team of designers and developers in the use of Figma and modern design standards.

My focus was on the consistency, performance, and scalability of the design system. It was particularly important to me to involve everyone in the switch to Figma and ensure that the new tool was understandable and efficient for all users. In the UX domain, I presented the client with various solutions for new features and closely supported them with my expertise in the decision-making process. The system was built on Adobe Experience Manager, as well as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript modules.
