Welliba is a startup founded by executives from my previous workplace, AON Assessment Solutions in Hamburg. It is the first experience management platform that continuously measures employees' psychological well-being and provides the company with insightful KPIs.

As a UI/UX engineer, I was tasked with designing the entire product platform from scratch. This included a Flutter app and multiple web apps based on React for both end-users and clients. My responsibilities involved establishing a UX understanding within the company, creating the CI/CD, and designing all user interfaces with Figma as CMS modules. I focused on scalability and flexibility to allow rapid adjustments without additional effort.

With my background as a senior frontend developer, I guided the developers through the implementation process and supported them with code snippets to execute the designs. All products were scalable, accessible, and based on a design system I developed. My goal was to create a flexible foundation that successfully established Welliba on the market, and the products are now actively in use.
