For Procter & Gamble, at AON Assessment Solutions, I designed and built online tests for applicants that feel like an interactive experience rather than an exam. They still had to deliver psychometrically valid, comparable data.
I drafted the tests in Axure RP, aligned them closely with the client and built them with Angular and Three.js: responsive for every device and screen size, for older browsers too, and accessible under WCAG. The tests are still in use at Procter & Gamble today.
